Couples boudoir is a celebration of the two of you, the in-jokes, the closeness, the way you fit together when no one else is watching. In a private Wellington setting, we create tender, playful and honest portraits that hold the feeling of being genuinely, comfortably in love.

There is no need to be experienced in front of a camera. With gentle, easy direction, the session quickly stops feeling like a photoshoot and starts feeling like a slow, warm afternoon together, which is exactly when the best frames happen.

We always begin slowly. A little laughter, your music, something to drink if you like, and prompts that get you interacting instead of posing. Most couples arrive a touch nervous and within ten minutes forget the camera is even there.

You decide how much skin is in the picture. From fully dressed and cuddled up, to lingerie, to implied and intimate, the session moves at your pace and stays firmly within your comfort. Consent and ease lead every single decision.

All couples are welcome here, without exception. Whether you are marking an anniversary, a wedding, a reunion after time apart, or simply want to remember this chapter of your relationship exactly as it is, these portraits are made to be treasured privately for years.

Sessions can take place in an upmarket hotel suite, a central Wellington studio, a private outdoor location, or the comfort of your own home, whichever helps you both relax most completely.

Your images are edited with a natural, honest hand and delivered to a private, password-protected gallery that only you can access. Nothing is ever posted publicly or used in any marketing without your explicit written consent.

These are made for the two of you first, a reminder, on the ordinary days, of how extraordinary you are together. When you are ready, we will help you turn the favourites into prints or a keepsake album you will reach for again and again.
